Most people seemed happy with the brand up until August 2022. It was well-reviewed on Trustpilot for its cheap but effective teeth straightening and excellent customer service.

By September 2022, it had started receiving mostly negative reviews on Trustpilot. Customers said orders weren’t being shipped, and the company was already unresponsive.

Invisalign UK

Invisalign can treat a vast majority (90%) of orthodontic concerns, including complex cases such as severe misalignment or bite issues. However, it does require regular appointments with the dentist to ensure smooth treatment progress.

You’ll be working directly with an Invisalign provider who can:

  • Determine if you’re a good candidate for Invisalign
  • Perform dental work to help you qualify for the treatment
  • Track your progress in person every 4 to 6 weeks

Many UK dentists and orthodontists offer Invisalign treatment. This ensures accessible and personalised treatments.

NewSmile

NewSmile is our favourite at-home aligner treatment in the UK. Unlike the straight-cut design of most brands, its clear aligners feature a unique scallop-shaped design. This enhances comfort, reduces gum irritation, and ensures discreet teeth straightening.

Smile White

Smile White offers targeted treatment options, allowing you to focus on straightening just your upper or lower teeth (single arch) or both (dual arch). You can choose a plan based on your specific goals.

Straight Teeth Direct

Straight Teeth Direct provides a cost-effective way to straighten your teeth without compromising convenience, safety, or the quality of results.

Their unique approach involves virtual monitoring by a dental team, allowing for personalized treatment adjustments based on your progress.

This commitment to individual needs sets them apart from other at-home aligner brands and contributes to high customer satisfaction.

Dr. Smile

Dr. Smile (formerly PlusDent UK) stands out for its affordability. It corrects most teeth misalignment issues at a lower cost than braces and Invisalign.

They also offer free refinements if your results don’t meet the expectations set out in your treatment plan, ensuring you achieve your desired smile.

Virtuoso

Virtuoso provides a blend of in-person and virtual care. Your journey begins with an in-office assessment to see if you’re a good fit for treatment.

If approved, your dentist will craft a tailored plan that balances necessary office visits with the ease of online check-ins.
